Chou Hoytt
Co-Founder & CEO
Chou was focused on urban tech and affordable housing at Stanford GSB (MBA '19). He interned for the NYC Mayor's Office of the CTO on public-private tech in Summer 2018. Prior to Stanford, Chou ran his family's real estate investment company, Hoytt Enterprises, worked in acquisitions at a real estate private equity firm, Madison Capital, and was a business analyst at management consulting firm Integration Consulting.
In addition to an MBA from Stanford, Chou has an MSc in Managerial Economics from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.
Andrew Firestone
Co-Founder & COO
Andrew is the co-founder and a general partner at Cavstone Investments, a residential real estate investment, management, and development firm. He also worked as a venture capital investor at TI Platform Management, a growth stage venture capital fund, where he specialized in real estate and financial technology investments. Prior to TI Platform, Andrew was a product manager at Tap to Tee and analyst at Somera Ventures.
Andrew holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA and an executive education in artificial intelligence from MIT Sloan.
Yoshi Gillaspie
Head of Engineering
Yoshi is passionate about leading engineering teams that are committed to creating high impact, consumer focused products. Before joining Watson, he managed the demand team at ZeusLiving focused on conversion rate optimizations. He also worked at Facebook and built out the Cyberpolicy subsidiary from the ground up at Coverhound.
Prior to his career in software development, Yoshi built infectious disease transmission models in Matlab at Stanford's School of Medicine.
